Today, we started construction on a custom home in Flying Horse North, an amazing new development in the Black Forest of Colorado Springs. This area, which was created out of the former Shamrock Ranch, is specifically designed for large custom home lots and is across Highway 83 from the original Flying Horse development.
We like to make the groundbreaking event special for our homeowners, and sometimes we even let our clients take a turn using the big shovel. (See the video below to see just how fun it is).
