Where We Build
Paramount Homes is a custom home building contractor that builds in Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas. We are licensed to build homes in El Paso County, Teller County, and Douglas County.
We are based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, but as anyone in Colorado Springs knows, this is becoming a huge metro area. El Paso County (where Colorado Springs is based) is over 2,000 square miles and has a population of over 725,000 people, making it the largest county in the state by population.
We build in and around Colorado Springs, which means if you draw a circle from the center of town with a radius of 35 miles, we probably build within that circle. There are many smaller towns just outside Colorado Springs, such as Peyton and Manitou Springs, that we build in, and sometimes we’re even willing to drive as far away as Castle Rock, Elizabeth, or Parker.
What does this mean to you? It means if you want to buy land to build a custom home anywhere inside this 35-mile circle, we may be able to work with you depending on several factors (including drive time, how the building market is doing, the price of fuel, etc.).
